The Sound & Communications members approved a new four-year agreement on Saturday, November 4, 2023, by all members in attendance. The members allocated $2.00 to wages and $2.00 to Health & Welfare for an effective date of December 1, 2023. Local 302 is under Schedule E of the 9th District/Northern California Sound & Communications Agreement Addendum #2 and the increases will be 90% of the actual Wage Increase. For December 1, 2023, the wage increase will be $1.80 per hour for IBEW Local 302.
